Due to the ongoing COVID-19 state of affairs please note that delivery/shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. We will be fulfilling orders on a weekly schedule. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Shipping times kick in when your item(s) leave our venue. Please allow for the production time noted on your order, which can vary from 3-10 business days before your order is shipped. You will receive a Tracking Number by email within 24 hours of your order being scanned out of our distribution centre.

 

HOW DOES MY ORDER SHIP? 

All our orders ship by Canada Post. We offer a variety of methods to meet your time and budget expectations. If the method of shipment you selected has a tracking option, type in your tracking number provided HERE.  

 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL POSTAL CODES AND ZIP CODES?

When possible - Canada Post WILL deliver to P.O. Boxes or Rural postal and zip codes.

RETURNS:

COVID-19 Update:

For health and safety reasons, we are currently not accepting any returns at this time. Exceptions will be made only if the wrong item was shipped, wrong size, or if the item was faulty. Please email [email protected] with any questions. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Cancellations: Your jersey is made-to-order, so we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed and hits our production facility. Changes to the name, number, or size are not possible, and only blank jerseys are subject to our returns policy.

 

Blank Jerseys: Items with no name and number customization can be returned within 30 days of delivery at no charge. Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and labels included as per the time of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping and associated costs. Your returned item will be inspected before a refund is processed at our discretion. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your original payment method. We will email you confirmation once your refund has been processed.

 

Customized Jerseys: Items featuring a player name and number, are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable and not subject to exchange. Please be sure of the item and size you are purchasing before placing your order, as we custom build the item to your specifications. The item CANNOT BE RETURNED once it goes into production.

 

Personalized Jerseys: Items featuring your own name and number, are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable and not subject to exchange. Please be sure of the item and size you are purchasing before placing your order, as we custom build the item to your specifications and it CANNOT BE RETURNED once it goes into production.

 

Customized and personalized products are made-to-order, and cannot be returned once placed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from cavalryfcshop.com.

 

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

 

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
